Nga was an incredibly kind and thoughtful host. I arrived early on the first day of the tet holiday and, as all restaurants and shops were closed, she brought me some homemade food! I stayed here twice and checked in early both times. I was also able to store my suitcase here while I went to Sapa for a couple of days. Nga also arranged my taxi to the airport - so helpful! The apartments are nicely decorated, have everything you need and would be good for a longer stay in Hanoi. Neighbourhood isn't too busy but it's easy enough to get to areas such as the old quarter etc. Would recommend and will definitely stay here again if back in Hanoi!

Don’t stay here

They don’t have reception, instead you have to contact them to get to know the details how to sing in. They did not respond any of my emails and when I try to call them, they just hang up the phone! So we have to go to another hostel. Awoid this place!
