We enjoyed our stay. Was in a great location. The staff on the front desk were amazing. So helpful. The only suggestion I would make is to have some fans or cooling on the roof top bar. It was very hot. I used the spa services and they were great.

Wonderful hotel perfectly situated in the old quarter. We were given such a warm welcome and the entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly during our stay. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious, with a nice balcony overlooking the street. It was a great place to relax after long days exploring the city. If you’re visiting Hanoi, I would absolutely recommend Minerva Premium Hotel!

Very nice boutique hotel in the heart of the old quarter. Nicely located with loads of street food and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Staff members are very attentive and trying hard to make your stay the most enjoyable. Breakfast was good with a mixed of western and Asian food. Great rooftop bar to relax for a drink in the evening. The one thing could be no swimming pool or gym, noting that the hotel is in the old quarter where space is at a premium. Would highly recommend.

Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Can change money into local currency at hotel with excellent exchange rate with low commission. Don't get a top floor room As it's right under the kitchen and restaurant as it gets noisy early in the morning. No TV. Food is pretty good.

We truly enjoyed our time at Minerva Premium Hotel. The location was very good for what we wanted to do. Staff was always helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast offered numerous choices on the buffet, plus there was a separate menu for ordering other breakfast items. We definitely recommend Minerva Premium Hotel.
