Our stay at La Sinfonia Del Rey Hotel and Spa in Hanoi was exceptional. The hotel offered a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and warm hospitality. A special thank you to Kathy at the concierge desk who went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. She efficiently helped us book a stunning Ha Long Bay cruise and arranged smooth, stress-free airport transportation. From the moment you enter you are treated like their #1 guest. Hot tea ans snacks while you await check in. Fruit plate and dessert plate with a personalized welcome written in chocolate. The staff in the hotel was fantastic they went out of their way to make sure you had the best time in Hanoi. The room facilities were good, traffic noise didn’t come in which was a bonus. The only small con that the walls are thin and you can hear the people in the rooms next to you but luckily this wasn’t a major issue as we had neighbours who went to bed about the same time as us.

Perfect hotel in the best location.

I booked this hotel on a spontaneous trip. And it couldnt have been better. The staff was insansly helpful and friendly thats half the experience. Room as perfect my room was 3rd floor with balcony super clean. Hotel had lots of charm. And right in the heart of the old city. I highly recommended.

Great boutique hotel.

A very comfortable hotel with great service. The rooms are snug but well appointed with all amenities. If you are looking for a very quiet stay opt for an internal facing rooms as those with balconies have a fantastic view, and give you a great atmosphere of the lake and old town, however can be noisy late into the night and early morning. We dined in the restaurant which was great food and service. Overall we had a great experience at the La Sinfonia del Ray.
