Very very friendly and thoughtful staff! They take our comments seriously even though it might be some casual remarks! Breakfast option was ok but good enough with different type of eggs, different Vietnamese noodle and some sides daily! There’s also milk and Vietnamese coffee! Overall will stay again!

Hue made the stay the best stay possible. Whilst the hotel was of an excellent standard, Hue’s hospitality brings it up a level. She was super helpful with all recommendations, communication and providing a real personalised service. She was contactable at all times, even when out of the hotel! We based our 6 days in Hanoi, based upon what Hue said and it was the best decision we made. She gave excellent recommendations and really cares for her country. Perfect stay for our honeymoon!

Staff was really great and accommodating, they spoke really great English as well. This property was close to train street which was nice and only 15 mins away from old town. The service is outstanding, the only downside to this hotel is the lighting, however it does not hinder over all experience (if you mind dim lighting when getting ready I would recommend booking a balcony room for natural lighting). I have stayed in over 10 hotels in Veitnam and this hotel had one of the best breakfast options across the country. I would recommend this hotel.
