Excellent hotel in a very assessable location in the Old Quarter. Rooms are very comfortable, buffet breakfast is excellent. Most of all staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Particularly Ngan Phan the manager. Makes us feel like staying in a home.

Great hotel. It’s beautiful, and the room was big and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were friendly. They let me store my luggage and extend my check-out by an hour. They also offered a free shower after walking around the city before leaving for the airport, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend this hotel. The location is very central, in the heart of the old quarters.

This is a gem of a property located in the middle of old quarter with walking access to shopping and restaurants. The service and attention to detail is exceptional. Ruby and her staff made our stay very comfortable and were always a step ahead in recommending/ catering to our needs. Few highlights: - Water puppet show was refreshingly beautiful - Walking food tour of old quarter arranged by hotel gave a wonderful experience of local food and culture - Halong Bay (2D/1night) - sights were beautiful and service was excellent, but it is a little overpriced and can also be accomplished as a day trip Only downside to this hotel is the construction a few doors down. The construction noise carries over and sometimes at odd hours of night. The hotel mentioned they have complained to local authorities. Overall a wonderful experience and we loved this hotel, most importantly the staff and service!!

The staff was amazing and the hotel very stylish and comfortable. Everyone was very welcoming and supportive. We didn’t get a room upgrade because they were fully booked but they went above and beyond in other ways- transferring our luggage to their sister hotel, booking spa treatments and their unwavering cheeriness. This property is superb… convenient location in Hanoi city… restaurant served great breakfast as well as excellent dinner menu and service .. the staff in the hotel are excellent. The decor is sophisticated and stylish and the property it is very clean and well maintained. It’s also well located in the Old Quarter. Perfection

This was one of the most perfect hotels I have ever stayed in. The entire experience from check in to check out was flawless. The hotel is gorgeous with such a beautiful lobby, tastefully decorated rooms and very comfortable beds. Staff were exceptional and made check in feel very personal and professional. Location wise it is 10/10. Many of the top sites of Hanoi are within a few minutes walk. There is also a lovely rooftop bar. As someone who has stayed in hundreds of hotels, this one is nearing the top of my list, including ultra luxury hotels.
