We had a great stay! The room and bathroom were clean and the shower pressure was great! It was nice to come back to a comfortable bed after a long day of outings. The hotel is located in the heart of old quarter and everything is within walking distance. The hotel spa offers a “head spa” which includes a head massage and hair wash , and was nothing like I had experienced before. We were also picked up from the airport for around $25. Thank you JM Marvel for your hospitality!

The staff here are very kind and attentive -Especially the front desk. They genuinely care for you and will be happy to accommodate and give any suggestions for restaurants, entertainment, and whatever it is you’re looking for. Overall the rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet is delicious and convenient. We’ve also tried their rooftop bar and their drinks are very good! They take the time to explain the drinks and there is even a happy hour! We wish we could have stayed here longer.

We had a wonderful stay at JM Marvel Hotel & Spa. Right from when we arrived, we were treated as First Class guests. Mai Linh and her associates were awesome and genuinely appreciated that we chose to stay at JM Marvel. We will highly recommend anyone visiting Hanoi to stay at this hotel as it is a nice small boutique hotel that is located centrally in the Old Quarter.
