Great but just make wifi free .. why not ?

Thank you for great rooms .. the best coffee offered in rooms .. plunger & ground coffee .. tops... just make wifi free no one has to pay for that any more !!! But thank you for a great few days

Amazing, great facilities and very helpful staff.

Pros: Staff, location and the set up is amazing.
Amazing staff very helpful. great location with everything close enough but you can also escape from the business. I've stayed in about 20 intercontinental's around the world and they always please me but this one was amazing.

Home away from home

Cons: Laundry service was great but a little expensive.
Great place to stay when in Hanoi. Staff were fantastic, nothing was a problem for them.

Beautiful Hotel

This hotel was amazing perfectly situated with amazing staff, food, rooms, facilities etc. highly recommend anyone to stay here if staying in Hanoi you will not be disappointed.
