Great hotel in the heart of the old quarter. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Only thing was restaurant options are limited in the area but shockingly enough there’s a great Indian restaurant around the corner.

3 custom tailors yards away from the hotel. Amazing coffee shop directly across the street. Easy walk just a few blocks to Lake Heim. Hotel has a perfect location for tour bus pick at front door. And lots of great shopping and food But what makes the stay phenomenal is the staff. Above and beyond accommodating. The entire staff deserve more than a 5 star rating. Sad to leave when time to go.

Great location for exploring Hanoi. Property was good value for money but if I was returning I would spend a bit more and stay somewhere else. Breakfast was ok, some food looked like it had been out for several days and there was no one around to order cooked food from

The hotel let us check in early which was nice. The room was fine. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was not cold enough. We were told not to throw toilet paper in the toilet and to put it in the bin which I was not used to. The safe had problems but they fixed it Breakfast was just ok. Not much selection but you can order fried eggs and bowl of noodles. They had umbrellas for the guests to use. Overall for the price it was fine for a small boutique hotel. Staff was friendly.

Frontdesk staff were highly attentive and approachable. Helped us book tours (we did a food tour) and seats to the water puppet show. Would not have enjoyed our trip as much if it weren't for fact we knew that the hotel staff would try their best to help us with what we needed.

Good location with nearby restos & other establishments. Breakfast offered variety of foods. Staff was friendly. Only thing i did not like was it was only stairs going up to lobby. There was no ramp. Had to carry my heavy luggage up. there was help, but i already made it up when staff showed up. I could not find a nearby convenience store.

The properly is ideally located and the rooms are spacious enough with great beds and modern bathrooms. Breakfast buffet is very good with lots of variety. Most importantly, the staff are excellent. Everybody at the front desk is very helpful. I don't remember all their names but Liin and MTV are certainly two that standout.

I’d stay here again! Super Central

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Its position is perfect, right in the old town section, and five minutes from the lake and the Note Cafe. Only minus is that you get a kettle and sachets of coffee … but no sugar or powdered milk sachets. I had packed my own black teabags, but sugar n milk powder would have been appreciated. Breakfast was great.
