This hotel is really exceptional. Top location - Heart of the city, very close to the restaurants and Hoa Kiem Lake. Very clean, nice interior, tasty breakfast. But the real reason why this hotel is so unique is the staff. Our contact person was Elsa. She speaks excellent English. All the staff members were very helpful. The quality of their services exceeded our expectations. We will choose them again while being in Hanoi.

We loved every single bit of the Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa. But we attribute such a special stay to Tiffany - the receptionist who truely made our stay feel so special. The restaurant inside offered both Vietnamese classics and Western favorites. Each dish was freshly cooked and served beautifully. What a treat! The hotel room was spotless and very comfortable, but Bell Pepper Restaurant really elevated my stay. I had dinner there on my first night and ended up coming back every day. The hotel itself is wonderful clean rooms, great location, and friendly staff. But the real surprise was Bell Pepper Restaurant. I had dinner there two nights in a row, and both times were outstanding. The pho was some of the best I’ve ever had, and breakfast options were just as impressive. Everything tasted authentic and fresh.
