This hotel is really exceptional. Top location - Heart of the city, very close to the restaurants and Hoa Kiem Lake. Very clean, nice interior, tasty breakfast. But the real reason why this hotel is so unique is the staff. Our contact person was Elsa. She speaks excellent English. All the staff members were very helpful. The quality of their services exceeded our expectations. We will choose them again while being in Hanoi.

The spa at the hotel is a hidden gem. I booked a massage after a long day of exploring and it was heavenly. The ambiance was peaceful, the therapists were professional, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommended after a busy day in the city.

The breakfast was a delight each morning. A wide selection of both local Vietnamese dishes and international favorites was available. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. I loved the pho station and tropical fruits such a flavorful way to start the day.

Hanoian Central Hotel is ideally located in the heart of Hanoi, just steps from the Old Quarter and major attractions. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Mr. Antony greeted us warmly and even marked top sights on the map. Couldn’t ask for a better start to our trip.
