The hotel is conveniently located. It is right by Hoan Kiem Lake. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Front desk person was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and roomy. We will definitely return. Highly recommended

The room was very clean. The air conditioning was great and kept the room cool enough to escape the heat. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I arrived/checked-in close to 3AM and the staff went the extra mile to message me and coordinate to have everything ready for my arrival. I would happily stay here again!
