We had a wonderful stay at the Victor Gallery Hotel. The staff treat you like family. They are very professional and kind. Our room and bed were very comfortable. It is a very nice place to stay in the Old Quarter.

We enjoyed our stay the Victor Group. Staff was HANDS DOWN AWESOME!! They helped accommodate my very special request for a room setup, THANK YOU! The hotel is in a great location, which is walking distance to many things since it's on one of the main roads. Easy for transportation as well: Grab (car or scooter). The roof top bar was nice too, but it was a little walk since it's on a separate building. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. On our checkout date, our flight was very early, the staff prepared us some breakfast TOGO! Like I've never experienced hospitality like this from a hotel. That was super awesome! They packed us some food that we can eat as we are on the go, with bottled water. They also helped us with transportation to and from the hotel, which made it easier for us since that was our FIRST TIME and First hour in Vietnam. Super convenient. We appreciate you guys!

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The room was a perfect fit for me as I wanted somewhere close to the old quarter. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were the friendliest and most accommodating people I’ve met in Vietnam. They catered for everything I needed and more. We were celebrating my daughter's B day and their staff (Please excuse me, I am probably not spelling it correctly) Vivian had made a Happy B day arrangement for the room and a beautiful plate of fresh fruit! Certainly recommend!!! 10/10!!!

This hotel is PERFECT for your trip to Hanoi! Me and my wife couldn't be happier! It's perfectly located and it walking distance so pretty much anywhere you want to go! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was beyond amazing. We even got to see and participate in a staffs birthday celebrations which made us feel like we were apart of their family! Breakfast is amazing as well. We also have to give Vivian a bug shout out. She really went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. It was raining hard one day where we had to cancel our Holong Bay day cruise. She took care of it for us without even asking! 11/10 experience!! Highly recommend!

This is a top notch hotel with staff that was like family. I highly recommend this hotel. Vivian was great, she helped with all our travel arrangements, it made getting around Hanoi easy.

This hotel is NOT a five-star hotel, max three stars, which does not correspond to the pictures or the listing category on Hotels.com. Good location in Hanoi close to most things and nice staff but unfortunately the hotel is not in good condition, terrible hair dryer, rooftop bars are in another building, no bathtub, no room service.
