I have received one of the best service from this hotel in my entire life. The staff is extremely welcoming and are always available for your needs. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for your stay in Hanoi- Old Quarter. The location can’t be beat and not to mention the hotel rooms are nice and clean! They were able to take us in last minute due to a cancellation in our trip and accommodated us so quickly. They truly took the time to get to know us and understand what we’re looking for out of our trip to Hanoi! You won’t regret booking this hotel.

Royal Premium is an excellent hotel, they took us last minute when our train to Sapa was cancelled due to weather. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Anna was so nice, gave us great recommendations and booked an incredibly fun private tour of Ninh Binh. The rooms are large and very nice, and the location is phenomenal. The breakfast is so good, this spot is a must stay in Hanoi for location, hospitality and everything!

This was the second time in two years we have stayed at the Royal Premium. Both times we have been impressed with this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-decorated. The location is great for those who want to walk through the old quarter. Hoan Kiem lake and the old cathedral are a short walk. The breakfast buffet was great for a boutique hotel. The most impressive thing though is the staff. They were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this option for your next trip to Hanoi. We will definitely stay here in the future.
