Emplacement parfait dans le Vieux Quartier de Hanoï. Très proche des restaurants et des agences de tourisme. Perfect location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Very close to restaurants and tourist agencies. Hotel manager Jimmi was very helpful in booking tours and bus tickets. We got a room upgrade for free. Rich breakfast with lots of fruits and some hot meals you can order.

Notre famille était à Hanoï pour la première fois et ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle grâce au personnel gentil et responsable de l'hôtel Royal Palace, en particulier Jimmi, qui s'assure que tout se passe bien pendant notre séjour à Hanoï ainsi qu'à Sapa. Il venait nous voir chaque jour et demandait même si la limousine VIP qu'ils avaient arrangée était confortable. Our family first time in Hanoi and it was a best experienced because of the kind and responsible staffs of Royal Palace Hotel most especially Jimmi, he makes sure that everything with our trip in Hanoi as well as in Sapa will be smooth and easy. Emplacement agréable à distance de marche des magasins, restaurants et du lac Hoan Kiêm dans le quartier ancien. M. Jimmi a été très gentil, amical et serviable pour organiser des excursions d'une journée et une croisière dans la baie d'Halong pour nous. It was the best decision to book this hotel. We were here for the first two nights of our Vietnam trip and the whole team was so nice and friendly! Especially Jimmy was our personal hero. He planned every trip for us and booked trains, busses and so on. Doesn’t matter which time, we could ask him and he helped us immediately. When we came back from the north after one week we had to spend half a day in Hanoi again and they were so kind to store our luggage, we got towels to take a shower and got a free breakfast. This was by far the best stay we had in Vietnam. Thank you all so much.

Jennie and his staff exceptional. 5 stayed and we are all definitely coming back to the hotel to stay again. They looked after us like family. Booked fabulous backstreet jeep tours. Got all the local knowledge of places to see and things to do. Don't book airport transfer or tours without speaking to Jennie on expedia.com. She saved us from getting ripped off. Fantastic decent people. The staff made our Vietnam trip. Sad to leave the hotel and staff.
