Esta propiedad se encuentra en una excelente ubicación, con fácil acceso a casi todo lo que necesitas y a poca distancia a pie de muchos restaurantes. Aunque está en medio de una calle concurrida, nuestra habitación es tranquila y la cama king size es muy cómoda. Es una propiedad pequeña, pero recibimos el mejor servicio desde el check-in y check-out hasta el desayuno buffet y todo lo demás. Todo el personal fue muy atento y estuvo dispuesto a hacer arreglos especiales para nosotros con anticipación, según nuestras preferencias alimenticias y planes de viaje/actividades. Gracias por una experiencia agradable. Definitivamente volveremos y recomendamos mucho su hotel.

On n'a pas eu la chance de déjeuner, mais il avait l'air délicieux. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Le point fort de cet hôtel était sans aucun doute le personnel ! Ils étaient parmi les plus gentils et les plus serviables que j'aie jamais rencontrés. Un gros merci à Jennie, Mimi et Cenlina qui ont rendu notre séjour si agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter à tous ceux qui séjournent à Hanoï ; son emplacement est tout simplement exceptionnel.

We didn’t get a chance to have the breakfast but it looked really good. The room was clean and spacious. The best part was the staff!! The staff here were some of the nicest and most helpful I’ve ever come across. A special thank you to Jennie, Mimi and Cenlina for making our stay extra special. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi, the location is also stellar.

Super central location in the Old quarter, everything within walking distance and a corner away from all must see landmarks. The room was super spacious and comfortable. Best thing about this stay was definitely the staff! They are very professional and efficient, they helped with all our queries, booked transportation for us and where always so handy. The staff is very friendly and kind and they elevated the experience of staying here, definitely will book again when in Hanoi.
