One night in Hanoi

Mimi, bac and the two guys at reception were very helpful from the point of check in to checking out. They assisted with everything from adjusting my AC in the room to booking tours to Halong bay and advising the best spots for food and drinks. I would recommend this hotel in hanoi for great value!

Quiet place in Old Quarter

Hotel staff are very friendly they are always willing to help & answer all questions. Hotel is located near the boundary of Old Quarter & French Quarter. A mere few minutes walk to restos Pho Xia, Viet Speing rolls & Pho Truyen along Hang bac St., Cha ca Thong lang in Duong thanh St. & Bun bo nam bo at 67 Hang Dieu St... For the price of the hotel, it is defintely very reasonable. Hotel staff will easily book any tour you want to join, call a taxi, have ypur food delivered via Grab, just ask the hotel staff they are very willing to help their guests with any requests.

This place is it, if you want value for your money

Great place to stay with extremely friendly staff. Good value for money and there was many places to go around the area. It get's really dark and quite at night but it's like that everywhere in Hanoi

Excellent small hotel in Hanoi

Only a small hotel but fitted our requirements perfectly. One thing that shone from the moment we arrived right upto the moment we left was how friendly and attentive the staff were. No exaggeration when I say that I never saw a member of staff without a smile on their face. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would also stay there again if in Hanoi.

Friendly and helpful staff

Service is really good here! I arrived late to Hanoi around 10:30pm due to some flight delays and had not had a chance to book my transport to Halong Bay the next morning. When I checked into the hotel, Hill, the receptionist at the front desk was kind enough to help me procure one that night leaving the next morning. Really appreciate his help and also the friendliness of the other staff as well. Breakfast was also good for the value that we paid for the hotel. One note would be that the hotel is not located in a street accessible by car so you may not be dropped off right in front of the hotel, and arriving at night might make it harder to locate the hotel (Google maps will be helpful!). Overall, happy with our stay.
