This hotel was excellent. The front desk people are wonderful. The facilities are great. The rooms are very nice. Not huge, but adequate and nice. The restaurant and its staff are superb. We couldn’t ask for a better restaurant. Breakfast buffet was great. The location was great. Right in the center of Old Quarter Hanoi. Walk to everything. Watch for scooters. This hotel is a blast from the past with its yesteryear charm. We loved our stay there. The only improvement I’d make would be to clean the pool and get new beds. The beds are very hard. Would I let those things keep me from staying? No way. We’d stay there again for sure. There’s no gym, but there sister hotel 5 minute walk away has a good one. We loved this hotel. The staff there were all great.

Great hotel in the middle of an amazing neighborhood. The room was really pretty, great bathroom, plenty of space for luggage and clothes. Awesome breakfast with lots of stuff cooked to order. The staff are super friendly and helpful. All in all a great stay. Highly recommended.

Staff friendly and helpful room was clean only 1 thing I have a disability and my room had a bathtub shower and was extremely difficult to get in and out for myself I tried to get a different room but unfortunately they were full Food was good 👍 we had dinner n breakfast wasn’t a lot a lot of verity but enough to fill us Coffee was great 👍 will return if the shower was a walk in

This hotel is exceptional! Everything about it is outstanding, from the hotel decor, the breakfast, cleanliness and facilities. It’s also in a great position and everything is walkable. The only other thing I have to say, is that the biggest asset of this hotel are its staff.Everyone, from all the people working at reception, the cleaning staff and restaurant staff ( 10 stars to the egg chef!), could not have been more friendly and helpful. I stayed here for two nights. Even before I arrived they messaged me via WhatsApp and made sure that I had all my arrangements and if I needed anything. When I first arrived in Hanoi, and then flying out with 4 nights in between. As I was traveling from another country I had luggage I didn’t need. They were very accommodating towards me and allowed me to leave my luggage for those 4 days and it was ready for me when I came back. The staff were so friendly and always made me feel like a VIP. Never did they let me carry my bags! On my return, they still remembered me, and even upgraded to a room with a view for free. My luggage remained safe the whole time. The rooms were cozy but definitely fancy and clean. I saw them cleaning the rooms and they really do deep clean them. When I checked out, I forgot my luggage keys in the lounge as I was rearranging my luggage before the airport. I called them using WhatsApp. They again were so accommodating and luckily I’m early at the airport that they sent a Grab to deliver my keys to the airport. They were so amazing, and I’d definitely recommended them to anyone and I would go back again. They are a big reason I love traveling to Vietnam. I would like to give a shout to William/Minh, who really went above a beyond! I cannot express how much gratitude I have right now.
