A gem in the heart of Hanoi!

This is a gem of a boutique hotel in a perfect location in the old quarter. Beautifully appointed,full service and extremely attentive staff is matched by a wonderful dining experience- both dinner and breakfast buffet. The roof top is amazing. Perhaps the best complement is the best sleep on the most comfortable bed ever! Did I mention the incredible price? Look no further.

The hotel was just as advertised. The breakfast was phenomenal, the rooms were very tiny but super cute, and they even sent a cake up to my room for my birthday. They had an insight travel agent named Tracy who was beyond wonderful. She helped us set up our Halong bay cruise, gave me a detailed map on how to get around the city and made sure we had everything we needed. I’d definitely stay again the location was phenomenal. My only negative is that our room air conditioning wouldn’t get cold enough and our room was pretty hot. Besides that we had a wonderful stay

This place is awesome.

The staff were so friendly, always helpful, polite, and welcoming. The standard room was great but a little small for us as we had a lot of stuff. The rooftop spa, bars and overall style of the hotel was a real winner for us The inclusive hotel breakfast was a stand out highlight for us because of the choice in the buffet and the free additional items like Vietnamese coffee etc. The location was very central in the old quarter that we walked everywhere and there were great places to eat.

What an absolute little gem of a hotel. Quite tall and narrow like many in the old quarter, but very elegantly decorated from the moment you walk in the front door. We only stayed there one night (prior to a HaLong Bay cruise), but would certainly consider staying longer, if in Hanoi again.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. All the staff are very nice and helpful esp the front desk. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was great as well. Has a very nice location and close to mostly everything you need like convenience store, money exchage, souvenir shops, restaurants, cafes etc. I would highly recommend and will gladly book this hotel again if we return to hanoi in the future.

The staff at Peridot Classic is the highlight of our stay. They are nice, they remember you and smiles and greets you all the time. We enjoyed our breakfast with nice view of Hanoi Old quarter, it is walkable to many restaurants & circle K is right in front of the hotel. Will always recommend staying here when in Hanoi. more than 5star hotel.

Overall the hotel was great and in a good location for Hanoi. The only thing that let it down slightly is that for our room the walls were quite thin and so we could hear other rooms/the pipes in the building fairly easily. Would definitely recommend it as a place to stay!

Had a lovely 2 nights here. We had a bit of trouble with our luggage being lost by the airline when we arrived, but the reception team were super helpful giving us advise on where to buy temporary clothes, and how to contact the airline's customer services (even translated on the phone from English to Vietnamese for us!!) - really appreciated this as it made quite a stressful start to the holiday a lot more manageable, so thank you!
