We had the first night in a smallish room, but were upgraded on our return from a night away in Ha Long Bay. This room overlooked the street :) and felt luxurious - spacious and well appointed (air conditioning, wifi, shower, bed all great!). The staff were lovely, and very willing to help. I appreciated the opportunity to shower at the end of a hot day when we had officially checked out that morning. Thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful hotel and located at strategic plan. Feel like home, as all the staffs are very attentive and friendly. Everything is walking distance. We arrived early in the morning and the manager Alex immediately arranged 2 rooms for us. Alex was very accommodating and answered all our enquiries pertaining to Hanoi. Very value for money. Rooms were clean and cosy, beds were comfy, shower has the appropriate pressure. We travelled in a group of 4, 2 guys and 2 ladies. We were welcomed warmly by the hotel staff, Anna, she was very helpful in suggesting where we should go and what we should do during our trip. We were there during the one week holiday, she was really very helpful in reminding us that there might be congestion issues in some of the places of interest. She even highlighted to us which of the places of interest are worth visiting. The hotel was nicely located, there were food stalls, cafes and chill out places within a short distance. Would definitely head back there to stay if I ever visit Hanoi again.

Very helpful in organising bus for us to Sa Pa for next morning. They rushed to get us some early breakfast before 6:30am, which was greatly appreciated. Very nice, clean and perfect location (right inside the old quarter). We can reach anywhere by walking. Staffs are friendly and helpful whenever we wanted to ask anything. Highly recommended!

I could not speak more highly of this hotel. The service was absolutely fantastic - the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and help us with anything we needed - from assisting with future bookings to recommending things to do in Vietnam.

Great location & staff. The walls are thin & breakfast is served at another hotel which was a 2-3 minute walk. Overall loved it & would definitely stay there again
