Owner and employees are extraordinarily friendly and kind. They provide me with a ton of helpful advise for a solitary traveler who is unsure of Ha Noi. I enjoy the hotel's interior design. Old-fashioned decorations with numerous authentic Ha Noi features are used. Travelers who want to learn more about Ha Noi should visit this location. This hotel is in the perfect location. Close to all shops/restaurants and museums etc. the hotel is very modern and clean. The staff a were exceptional! The accommodation was in a very good location and room was very clean. The room service was also very good, especially the hotel manager and staff were very friendly and bright personality. This property has very basic accommodations but very central and convenient to Hanoi sites. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are safe, fed and able to navigate the area. Lots of helpful tips and even arranged transportation to/from airport.

The room we were given was nothing like the photos we looked at before booking! There was no breakfast at the hotel, we had to walk to a different one. Breakfast selection was average. Our room had no windows and we had the drainage pipe so every time someone flushed their toilet or showered we could hear a cascade of water even during the night. The room was very tired, holes in walls and in tiles in the bathroom. Hot water lasted less than a minute. The cleanliness was very average, having said all of that the staff were very nice.
