Every time you arrive or leave the hotel you are harassed by guys trying to get you into their bar restaurant. Anh at reception and Ngoc in restaurant at breakfast are good.

Excellent Hotel

This hotel is a gem. Right in the thick of it in the Old Quarter. Lots of bars and restaurants, ATM, laundry, spa, SIM card shop all a few minutes away - it had everything you might need on its doorstep. Walking distance to the lake and water puppet theatre too. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and well looked after. We stopped two different times in the same week and experienced two different type of room. Both were very clean and comfortable. The rooms at the back of the hotel with no windows were quieter as further away from the vibrant street below. But perhaps the best feature of this hotel is the staff. All without exception were cheerful, polite and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Anh (Jane) and the team were first class. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Quiet comfortable respite amidst the chaos!

In the heart of the Old Quarter, a terrific hotel with outstanding service that's close to everything. The breakfast alone is worth the nightly rate! The rooftop bar (with 2:1 deal) also offers relaxing respite after a busy day and night in Hanoi.

The hotel employees were the best. They went above and beyond to assist in anyway they could. I ordered a package to the hotel and forgot all about it until they reminded me. They also arranged my transport to and from the airport. I’ll definitely come back here next time. Thank you staff members

Hanoi old quarter

Staff very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was waiting for us when we arrived even after flight was delayed. Wonderful breakfast. Its location is great to experience the old quarter but our room was quiet.

Very good stay and recommended.

This is a very nice hotel. We were served hot ginger tea on arrival. Very refreshing. Everything was to our satisfaction. The staff were excellent and all of them spoke very good English. Welcome fruit basket in room was also appreciated. The bed was big and comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. Hot hot water for showers. Because of the location it can get somewhat noisy at times from the action outside. No fault of the hotel. Close to everything you need. The hotel has a very good restaurant which we used a couple of times when we wanted to get out of the mele of the Old Quarter. We enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending it.
