We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Cherry and the rest of the staff were welcoming and really helpful with anything we needed, including booking tours. We had a very large hotel room, which was freshly cleaned each day. The buffet breakfast was convenient in the mornings to get some fuel for the day. The location is also fantastic — within walking distance of many shops, food, and tourist attractions in the Old Quarter. Would highly recommend!

Room was small but functional. Window faced a courtyard so had to keep our curtained drawn closed. Hotel stated that breakfast starts at 6.30am, but in reality 6.30am is the time they start laying out the food and beverages. As we had early activities, we could not wait for all the food and drinks to be ready. Hotel is well maintained and staff are helpful and responsive.

Nice place but was disappointed that the roof top bar was closed for renovations that was the reason why I booked it and was never notified that it would be closed during our stay. Cancellation was not even possible.

Decent hotel with decent cleanliness. Area is pretty central. Our request of a king sized bed wasn’t adhered to so we had to wait for them to “join” the beds after checkin The salads at the breakfast had flies. Food was average in general. The listing says it has a spa but there hasn’t been one for months as per the front office.

Rooms at back are quiet but beds are very hard!

The Hotel is much more dated than the pictured appear. They've done a great job on the wide angles lenses too as it was fairly squishy. The reception staff had fairly poor English, which I understand its not an English speaking country, but compared to other hotels it was noticeably worse. The bed was also about the same firmness as a commercial airline economy seat. So if you don't like hard beds look elsewhere.
