Great customer service. Good location in the old district. The elevator acted up while we were there, so that wwas annoying if you're bringing up luggage, etc. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of viet items and American items. Beds are comfortable and our family room worked perfectly for our needs.

The staff was very attentive and super helpful with everything. We had Mike greet us upon arrival and gave us a basic idea of what we need to do in Hanoi and how to get everywhere. Great location everything is walkable within the old quarter. Everything the staff and the hotel have tried to do is amazing. The only reason I have a lower rating is because the building beside is under construction and the noise starts at 6:30 AM all the way to 6:30 PM with maybe a five minute break. The pool is also under construction. When you’ve been walking out in the heat all day and want to come in for an afternoon relax that is not possible at this hotel.

The best part of this hotel is its near the railway and the market, and the main old quarter area, making it convenient to walk around. For the price we get, I couldn't complain much. But just to share our 4-pax family room with attached twin rooms is very tight in space. The noise from the bathroom system and some construction nearby is bad.

Our room was big and spacious. Clean and well kept. The staff were amazing and polite. A big shout out to Aimee who helped us out when a privately booked car didn’t show up. She made sure we got to where we needed to be and back

The team is great and Z offered us the options of where to go. We had a great time there. If I need to say something to improve. Well. A lot of mosquitoes and the water bump is a bit noise at night.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff are incredible, room was modern and clean. It’s worth noting there is construction going on next door which sounded like it was directly opposite our room, it sometimes started at 6:30am and we heard it at 2200 briefly also. Overall, apart from construction noise which is outside of the hotels control, we had a lovely stay.

The staff are very nice. The family interconnecting rooms are good. But one of the bathrooms smelled bad occasionally. The location is great. However, there is a construction next to the hotel and they started really early until over midnight, which is not pleasant to get a proper sleep.

Great hotel in Old Quarter

I liked staying at this hotel because of the location and the size of the rooms. Most hotels in the old quarter have tiny rooms but San Premium was different. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would love to visit again
