This is a stunning newly renovated hotel in the heart of historical Hanoi. Upon entry the hotel stands up to their name, Grand with beautiful touches of European influence decor. The rooms were largely spacious and accommodating for even large suitcases & luggages. We booked last minute after leaving Da Nang due to a storm where were staying in an apartment suite in luxury hotel ocean front so we were not expecting much from a last minute booking with an internal window room but was pleasantly surprised with how beautiful it was! We found the breakfast here to be very Americanized and western style unlike the other places we stayed. They have offer a variety of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot entrees buffet style in addition to breakfast entrees and lattes made to order from a menu. We tried the banh mi on the menu but it was panini pressed and looked like flat bread which was interesting. I wish they would have just kept it authentic instead of accommodating to western and European travelers. Service was mostly friendly with a few being more pushy than the other places we’ve been - mostly with just the front desk as another reviewer stated. Lilly was our front desk representative that checked us in. Although she was nice, she said a few things that made us feel uncomfortable. Camellia was our guest relations officer who asked for 10/10 rating despite our honest feedback upon check out. Other than that I’d recommend this hotel for its central location & stunning rooms!

Lovin Viet Nam.

My room was clean with appropriate amenities. There was a bit of dust under the bed but nothing terrible. As I mentioned to the front desk on my way out my shower did leak around the drain a bit. A minor caulking event. I cannot say enough good things about the staff in the restaurants and in the Spa. I could live in the hotel forever.

This is a lovely hotel in a very convenient location in Hanoi. The service is outstanding throughout the hotel—everyone is incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with great vegan options which was important for me. I highly recommend the rooftop bar too, as well as the spa! Would definitely stay here again!

Since the moment we booked our room, Ms. Camelia “Lần Phương” has been so helpful from our arrival to Hanoi with airport pick up to booking our tours and checking up with us during them. We absolutely love the hotel staff team, they had helped drive us to the post office for us to send stuff back home and even used their own motor bikes to drive us there. The staff treated us like family, they were so friendly and so attentive. My family and I have traveled through many hotels in Vietnam through the years but this is the first hotel that we absolutely fell in love with and we will definitely be back to this hotel when we come back to Hanoi.

The facilities was beautiful and very classy. We were treated like royalty by the staff. The breakfast buffet was very delicious and had so many choices. We loved hospitality and kindness of every one in the hotel, Lilly at front desk was super helpful with all advice we needed.
