It is 35 minutes from Noi Bai Airport. The building is located at the middle of 35 Lane on Cat Linh str., quite peaceful. It has elevator. The apartment is 35m2, has balcony with natural light. There are a lot of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, hospitals around here. It takes you 10 minutes to the centre by bike.
The apartment will be cleaned twice a week. There is internet, TV cab, airconditioning, heat water... Each room has its own modem.
