I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff member at the front desk was especially helpful and kind. She kindly arranged a m taxi for me to get to the airport, which was complimentary. Not only was the hotel clean and comfortable, but the staff’s friendliness and their help with arranging my transportation back to the airport made my stay even better. トランジットでハノイに寄った際に利用しました。 深夜1時でしたがチェックインを待っていてくれました。 部屋は清潔で、騒音等もありませんでした。 浴室にはバスタブがありますが、使えるお湯の量に制限がある(しばらく使うと水になる)ため、貯めることはできません。 朝食は5種類から選ぶことができ、コーヒーか紅茶も選ぶことができます。 短い滞在でしたが良いホテルでした。
