Nice Stay Overall

Most everything was GREAT. Staff was eager to help, services/amenities were as advertised. In the GOOD/LESS_THAN_GREAT category, I'd add these annoyances: -Speaking English with staff was VERY difficult, -The bed was kind of hard (though that seems to be standard in Vietnam), -The toilet leaked (from the wall, not the bowl)- I notified staff but nothing was done, -The wifi went out on the last night of my stay- I notified staff but nothing was done. Overall, it was a nice stay and good value. Thanks!

A nice stay!

I enjoyed my stay overall. The staff was very helpful despite communication difficulties (my Vietnamese is practically non-existent and their English is not strong). Room and amenities are as advertised. Strange leak around toilet (from water pipe- not from the bowl). Cleaning staff is good. Overall very happy with my stay.

旧市街への歩ける距離にあるホテルです。周りは日本料理や日本人向けの飲み屋がある日本人街です。ホテルの隣にコンビニがあります。 部屋に関していうと、全て有料で色々揃ってますw。水回りは清潔感あまりないですが、値段相応で◎です。
