This stylish 50m2, 2-room apartment is available to you alone as the entire apartment. Centrally located, 14 minutes from the main train station / city center and 15 minutes to the Hannover Messe. We attach great importance to modern furnishings as well as exceptional cleanliness and impeccable service. A beautiful view of the Mittelland Canal also sets this apartment apart from other apartments.

In the living room you have a comfortable L-sofa with sleeping function for two people. From here you can organize relaxed film evenings. With the SAMSUNG TV you have access to NETFLIX, Amazon and much more. A lovingly furnished dining area invites you to eat. As a small highlight you will find our candy machine in the living room.

A balcony, equipped with garden furniture, invites you to enjoy the water view and the sunsets with a drink.

In the bedroom you sleep comfortably on a 160x200cm box spring bed and have a wonderful view of the water through the window.

A fully equipped kitchen with a minibar consisting of various soft drinks and snacks, as well as an oven, a stovetop, a refrigerator and sufficient crockery are of course also available to you. Various coffee and tea specialties selected for you can be enjoyed free of charge.

    Apartment is as expected per pictures. You get what you paid for for this property. Host was communicative and kind. Good for someone who will only sleep. Having a grocery store close by was also a plus. It also felt safe but the apartment halls wasn't maintained well.

    Erst einmal liegt diese Wohnung in einem Plattenbau. Die Gegend ist schmuddelig. Der Balkon auf grund einer brütenden Taube nicht nutzbar. Aber auch wenn die Taube nicht dort gewesen wäre, war ein Stuhl kaputt. Nach dem Toilettengang konnte man sich direkt die Füße waschen. Selbst mit geschlossenem Deckel spritze das Toilettenwasser raus. Genug Geschirr ist nicht vorhanden. Ein kleiner Löffel ist nicht genug. Das Spülbecken konnte man nicht verschließen, selbst wenn, wusste man nicht, wohin mit dem nassen Geschirr, eine Abstellfläche gibt es nicht. Die Preise für die sogenannte Minibar sind Wucher, für einen Schokoriegel 2 Euro zu verlangen, ist frech. Kommunikation war kaum vorhanden. Ich habe es noch nicht erlebt, dass ich erst 2 Stunden vor Check in erfahre, wie ich überhaupt in die Unterkunft einchecke. Auch, wo ich die Schlüssel anschließend hinmachen sollte, wurde mir nicht mitgeteilt. Hab soe dort hin getan, wo ich sie herhatte. Im großen und ganzen war ich sehr enttäuscht von der Unterkunft und habe bei dem Preis etwas anderes erwartet.

    Es hat alles gestimmt, das Apartment ist sauber und die Kommunikation war top. Leider liegt das Apartment in etwas schmuddeligen Hochhaus und Gegend, deshalb ein wenig Abzug. Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder.

    Es hat alles bestens mit dem Vermieter geklappt. Freundlicher Empfang, sehr gute Präsentation für Gäste. Super ruhig für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Das Umfeld im Wohnblock hätte etwas ansprechender sein können, aber sofort beim Betreten der Wohnung ist das vergessen. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal vorbei.
