Es handelt sich hier um ein Landgasthaus das in seiner Innenausstattung der Gaststube in den 80ern bewegt. Sehr viel Holz und in sich zu dunkel. Die Gästezimmer sind einfach eingerichtet. Das Bad ist neu renoviert. Die Wege zu den Zimmern werden teilweise durch Stühle verstellt und waren bei unserem Aufenthalt schlecht beleuchtet. Der Außenbereich ist eigentlich gut ausgestattet, es gibt die Möglichkeit Fahrräder unterzustellen und sogar kostenlos zu laden. Dennoch wirkt der Außenbereich unaufgeräumt, es stehen Leitern herum und alles wirkt etwas abgewohnt. In der Führung des Hotels findet scheinbar gerade eine Übernahme durch den Sohn statt. Dieser fühlt sich anscheinend noch nicht ganz sicher in seiner neuen Rolle. Einige Abläufe sollten dringend geändert werden. Wenn Gäste vom Frühstück aufstehen und den Raum verlassen, sollte das Geschirr nicht noch 30 Min. auf dem Tisch stehen bleiben. Stichwort Frühstück: Alle kühlpflichtigen Lebensmittel (Lachs, Joghurt, Aufschnitt) stehen über einen längeren Zeitraum ungekühlt im Raum. Eine gekühlte Theke gibt es nicht. Der Gipfel war allerdings, das der Juniorchef bei unserer Abreise uns laut vor anderen Gästen gefragt hat, ob wir nicht noch bezahlen wollen! Mein Hinweis, das der Betrag bereits vor 4 Wochen über Expedia abgebucht wurde, nam der Juniorchef stillschweigend zur Kenntnis. Auch die Behauptung, das das Frühstück noch bezahlt werden müsste konnte ich entkräften. So etwas vor anderen Gästen zu behaupten geht nicht.
