If you are looking for the perfect beach house to base your HANALEI SURF adventures, this is it! Cross over the first one-way bridge on Kauai's North Shore and you are in Old Hawaii -- enchanting Hanalei. There, in a grove of palm trees and just 150 yards from Hanalei Bay is where you'll find Palm One - a house where you can relax and enjoy life at its best - and we have AC in both bedrooms as well as the living room!
The space
Just steps to the Pavilion Beach access yet set back on a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is bright and airy, and every room opens onto a covered lanai. There is a barbecue and picnic table on the lanai overlooking the gardens. The trade winds wonderfully flow through this house but we also have newly installed air conditioning throughout the house.

The living room, with its open-beamed ceiling and skylights, separates the two bedrooms. There is a King-sized bed in one bedroom (new Organic Avocado Mattress), two twins in the other (each an Organic Avocado Mattress), and a futon bed in the living room. For that extra person, there is ample room to sleep on the couch as well! There are two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and a completely enclosed outdoor hot and cold shower for rinsing off after a swim.

Please note, this house is a vintage and yet-to-be-remodeled traditional Hanalei Beach house so please look carefully at the pictures. Our lower rental price reflects the fact that we haven't remodeled it yet - but the location is unbeatable and we have all of the beach toys if you want the classic Hanalei experience!

It is an easy walk to restaurants, farmer's market, historical sites and shops -- and best of all -- to the beach at beautiful Hanalei Bay.

Activities nearby: North Shore activities include surfing, snorkeling, diving, kayaking on the Hanalei River, tennis, hiking, helicopter rides and horseback riding. Five-minute drive to Princeville, golfing, shopping and the Princeville Hotel with gourmet restaurants and breathtaking views of Kauai's North Shore.

With the rental of our home we include beach gear for our guests at NO additional cost!

Location is amazing- able to walk to the most beautiful beach in the world! After dinner I relaxed each night on the hammock with my puppy. I left my sunglasses behind and the owner mailed them to me at our next location. Our stay was wonderful!! Ty

We had an amazing week staying at this Hanalei beach house and would absolutely come back again.The location is amazing — it’s an easy, short walk to the beach, which made morning walks and sunset trips effortless. The house was also incredibly well-equipped for beach days, with great chairs and accessories that made everything more comfortable and convenient.The host was fantastic — very responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire stay. It really made the experience smooth and stress-free.We especially appreciated the AC, which kept the home comfortable after long days in the sun, and the outdoor shower was a standout feature — perfect for rinsing off and enjoying that indoor-outdoor island vibe.Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful spot. Highly recommend!

Incredible staycation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our staycation! The location was incredible- just a short walking distance from beautiful Hanalei Bay. For a slightly older house it came well outfitted with full laundry facilities (detergent included!), a fully stocked kitchen, wifi and a cozy living area. The house was peaceful and clean and came with the added convenience of a plethora of bikes, surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs and more. The outside shower was the perfect touch after a day of play and we really enjoyed dining and BBQing on the comfortable lanai. Jeff was very accommodating and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. We would definitely love to stay there again.
