Nice staff, very friendly and available. The hotel is tired. Loo y looks nice but rooms are very dated and hallways are "grubby". Main lobby lift was broken as were 2 other room lifts. The remaining lifts were so slow as well.
Fridge in our room didn't work and the AC was wired up wrong (3 blower symbol was off and 0 blowers was on) Bathroom appears to have the apocalypse finish with silicone around the toilet. Beds on the firmer side. Room was very quiet though.
Breakfast was not worth £21.50 per person, quality of the food was not up to scratch. The meat looked like it had been shown a light bulb and things like beans were cold even under a heat lamp.
Poor selection of gluten free offerings (specific to us) we were assured we would have plenty of choice to pick from but tis was not the case.
Overall hotel needs a refurbishment and serious though as to if you need anhotle breakfast as you can get a lot better for less in surrounding establishments
