Nice two days business visit at Östersund, hotel is in good spot right in the hard of the town, depite to that it was easy to find free over night place for big van I was travelling.

Noisy !

Asked hotel if the nightclub was operational due to previous bad reviews. They promised me it was closed but on friday and saturday night it was fully functioning till early hours of the morning.

The hotel is decent overall, but we experienced two nights of disruptive nightclub music coming through the walls. Additionally, the lighting in the bathroom is so dim that it's barely adequate for basic tasks, like walking without stumbling. The breakfast doesn't meet the usual high Scandinavian standards. The hotel's redeeming feature is its spa with a great view, but aside from that, our stay has been quite disappointing. On a positive note, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Hyggelig rom i 2. etasje som vendte ut mot bakgården. Jeg bestiller alltid rom ut mot bakgården, da da er så stille der. Fantastisk på Cloud-spa i 4. etasje med flott utsikt over byen og Storsjøen. Det er svært koselig i lobbyen og alltid koselig å sitte der. Lobbyen er inndelt i mange soner, og det er alltid behagelig å være der. Hotellet har nydelig mat og denne gangen spiste vi alle våre måltider på hotellet. Gratis kaffe, kakao, te og småkaker i lobbyen er også herlig. Hotellet ligger svært sentralt til i forhold til sentrum av Østersund.

Hyggelig betjening , gode senger, fine og rene rom

Veldig trivelig og fint hotell. Ble tatt imot av hyggelig betjening. Rommet var rent og gode senger. Varmt på gulvet på badet, noe som ikke er på alle hotell. Kort fortalt, vi hadde et flott oppholde også for vår lille firbeinte.
