The room wasn’t that clean. You have to ask the server several times for things to be brought to you. The pools were nice the and entertainment was on point. Other than those everything else is just fine. One day they had mussels at the buffet and the server will give you 3-4 pieces only po.

Zero Star for this hotel.

This hotel claims to be a 4- but our experience was zero stars – every aspect was unacceptable. And we weren’t alone; every other guest we spoke to during our stay shared the same disappointment.

Katastrof

Service i reception under all kritik. Inga batterier i tv-kontrollen. Smutsiga lakan vid ankomst. Hemska kuddar. Lampor lösa i väggen.

Katastrofalt usel service

Urusel service i reception.

Magnifico soggiorno.
