An overpriced , below average hotel. A super loud AC fan n the rooms that they claimed they are fixing. But I have seen the same thing last year. Rude cleaning staff. But that is the overall mannerisms in Nabeul. Rude uneducated bedouins with a chip on their shoulder. The cleaning lady went into our room used the bathroom and didn’t even care to apologize

I was impressed by the staff and their commitment. The smile never left their faces all the time despite the challenges they have to face. Water leek, noises, under staffed. The hotel is very family friendly. The breakfast is random. Not really enough healthy choices. The chef isn't a welcome person . The spirit of the hotel is very nice. No fridge . No coffee machine in the room. My reservation was for quadruple room. We got the biggest room.
