The location is kinda sketchy. The Tim Hortons beside the building is 24 hour, but the character's around it are a bit intimidating. The front door and the lobby are oddly situated according to each other. They dont do daily housekeeping so we had to ask for toilet paper twice. Not sure why they wouldnt leave extra rolls in the room. Maybe past guests took them. We never knew there was a charge for parking. I understand most charge, but it should be stated.

As a housekeeper, the hotel is very clean and I clean my room myself because I don’t think I should since we only there to sleep. The housekeeper did a great job on the day they did full service! So quick to leave I’m so sorry I didn’t leave a tip. My apologies. Great hotel. Our first time in Hamilton.

Hotel was lovely. Nice clean rooms with a full kitchen. It felt like staying in a home, not a hotel room. Nice little pool, indoor parking and a secure building. Breakfast was well done. Nice buffet style with plenty of options.
