This property was terrible. It’s dirty, unsafe and inconvenient. When I arrived there was nowhere to park, and you can’t access the parking lot until you check in because you need an access card. So I had to park at a parking lot across the street. The carpets were filthy, and I could hear every toilet flush above me. The furniture is cheap and the pillows stunk. The area is not safe, I do not recommend walking at night. Even during the day it’s not great. But if you’re looking for bars or restaurants there’s an abundant amount at Hess Village which is very close.

Staff was FANTASTIC!! Rooms were clean, lobby was beautifully decorated, breakfast was convenient and offered a lot of hot and cold options for the whole family. The Hotel itself needs quite a bit of updating, and fixing, and the surrounding area is definitely up and coming but currently lacks.

The rooms were clean and the staff could not do enough for you; they were accessible and eager accommodate you in any way possible. The breakfast buffet (included) was wonderful and I've never seen such a hardworking crew. The front desk staff was super polite and attentive. I will definitely return
