Staff very friendly and helpful,room cleaned towel changed when requested . Location excellent Lidl opposite hotel ,turn left out of hotel to high street alots of shops underground station and bus station. Made our stay worthwhile .

It's in a nice location. However, there was so much sand on my floor, suggesting it wasn't cleaned before checking in. I complained to the reception on my first day, and nothing was done. It was so frustrating to step on sand in the room. On the second day, I met a cleaner in the hallway, who was helpful and helped me clean the floor. More so, it was so embarrassing when a staff member came directly into the toilet without a knock while I was naked, using the toilet. I think they have a lot of work to do to improve.

A safe (24 hrs reception, card required to access elevator and side doors) & clean Hotel in a quiet area. Public Transport S-BAHN, U-BAHN and BUS in walking distance, same for shopping malls and restaurants within minutes on foot. Offers free parking in separate Garage for guests arriving by car. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are new with comfortable bed, noise absorbing triple glassed windows and spacious bathroom/shower.

The Hotel was very nice except that the Air Conditioning could apparently not keep up in Room 317. The Sun hit the large glass windows every day and even though we keep the curtains closed it still got like an oven. The glass needs some reflective thermal film or something _ OR - the Air Conditioning needs to be able to be set to "TURBO". We had trouble sleeping due to the heat and could not stay in the Room at all during the day.

Good hotel with a nice breakfast. Easy to get to Hamburg’s main attractions and also very easy to get from/to the airport. Rooms were a little too hot as AC didn’t seem to work quite well.

Location is nice, close to shopping. Room size is very small, limited parking space, bad air conditioning and washroom ventilation. Shower doors are worn out. Breakfast is pretty good. Staff at front desk did not address the concern of air conditioning in my rooms despite 2 times request and reminder.
