A safe (24 hrs reception, card required to access elevator and side doors) & clean Hotel in a quiet area. Public Transport S-BAHN, U-BAHN and BUS in walking distance, same for shopping malls and restaurants within minutes on foot. Offers free parking in separate Garage for guests arriving by car. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are new with comfortable bed, noise absorbing triple glassed windows and spacious bathroom/shower.

Stayed here for two weeks, very basic hotel. Cleaning was done very poorly, floors were not even cleaned. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. The hotel is not more than average 3 star hotel.

Nice hotel in the east of Hamburg. closely located to public transport, as well as paid parking at hotel. Was able to check in early, which was nice. Booked the middle category room, which was a good size. Didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, as i was out and about very early. only had a coffee in the morning. the only thing a bit negative, even with the a/c on lowest setting, the room stayed quite warm, so slept with open window, which had the downside of smokesmell clming in from the smokersarea below the room

It's in a nice location. However, there was so much sand on my floor, suggesting it wasn't cleaned before checking in. I complained to the reception on my first day, and nothing was done. It was so frustrating to step on sand in the room. On the second day, I met a cleaner in the hallway, who was helpful and helped me clean the floor. More so, it was so embarrassing when a staff member came directly into the toilet without a knock while I was naked, using the toilet. I think they have a lot of work to do to improve.

A hotel is acceptable for a one-night stay if you don't have any other options. The transportation links are very good, with a tube station only a 7-minute walk away. The room appeared clean at first, but we later discovered spider webs. The mood of the staff seems to depend on the weather. Some of them weren't particularly friendly, and if you don't speak German, it can be challenging as they don't speak much English.
