I had a lot of luggage, and the front desk staff, without hesitation, helped me get it all up to my room. The staff was also sweet and helpful when ordering my taxi in the morning and answering all my questions. The room was lovely and clean too. I would definitely stay here again.

The light in the room is dim, no good light in the bathroom. No good light anywhere in the room. No shampoo, no conditioner, just the hand/foot soap. The hairdryer - is working only on low setting, keep shutting itself down when trying to use on high setting. No phone in the room to reach out to font desk, try to find the hotels phone on the internet, but no one picks up that phone, just set of select that, then select that. In the end, if you need something, you have to go downstairs by yourself. No coffee maker and everything that you used to see in normal hotels. No ironing board/iron. Staff has to bring it upon request. The clock on a wall had no battery in it, why to put such clock there then?

Walkable distance to the heart of Eppendorf. An endless selection of coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques close by. The rooms are small but well designed and quiet. Parking can be a challenge. I enjoyed my stay and will always stay there again.
