Kurztripp mit family

Zuletzt sind wir leider immer wieder enttäuscht, was Ferienwohnungen in Großstädten betrifft. So auch hier. Vor allem lassen Sauberkeit (Bad, verschmutzte Bettwäsche, Küche) und Ausstattung (Küche) zu wünschen übrig. Es den Gästen schön zu machen, ist nebensächlich. Durch die hohe Nachfrage in großen Städten geht es meist ums schnelle Geldverdienen ohne großen Aufwand. Leider haben wir uns nicht so wirklich wohl gefühlt. Wo wir jetzt zu unserer Weiterreise sind, ist es gleich ganz anders.

Schöner Name, enttäuschende Realität

Der Name "The Garden Loft" passt insofern, als es sich tatsächlich um ein umgebautes Gartenhaus handelt – leider im negativen Sinne. Bereits beim Betreten fiel uns ein starker modriger Geruch auf, der sich auch durch Lüften nicht vertreiben ließ.Die Unterkunft war zudem schwer zu finden, da keine Hausnummer angebracht war. Ohne die Hilfe eines freundlichen Nachbarn hätten wir vermutlich noch lange gesucht.Im Obergeschoss waren die Fenster stark beschlagen und feucht – bei geschlossenem Fenster konnte man dort kaum schlafen. Leider ist der gesamte Bereich ein einziger großer Raum, ohne Tür oder Abtrennung zu den zusätzlichen Schlafsofas. Das schränkt die Privatsphäre deutlich ein und sorgt insgesamt für wenig Komfort.Wir können diese Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen.P.S.: Die Wäsche in der Waschmaschine ist übrigens „fertig“ – vermutlich schon seit ein paar Tagen. Der Geruch lässt jedenfalls darauf schließen.

Wir sind für Einfachheit aber SAUBERKEIT,leider war das mit der Sauberkeit nicht der Fall, z.B. waren im Kleiderschrank feuchte Handtücher und dreckige Bettwäsche. Im Trockner fand man noch feuchte Handtücher mit Biergeruch. Wir haben die Hausverwaltung damit kontaktiert und diese (großes Lob) haben sich sofort und problemlos darum gekümmert. Wir bekammen am nächsten Tag eine Ersatzwohung diese war um Welten besser und sauber.An dieser Stelle an die Hausverwaltung, danke für dem Problemlosen übergang in die Ersatzwohnung.

FeWo gemietet, bezahlt und keiner ist da

Habe die FeWo Nr. 5576854 unter der Buchungsnr.HA-7KYNPD 02.05.-04.05.2025 am 10.03.2025 gebucht und 279,73 bezahlt. Am 29.04.25 habe Anfrage gestellt, ob Check-in früher als 16 Uhr möglich wäre. Keine Antwort. Als wir am 02.05.25 16:10 Uhr am FeWo-Objekt HH, Rosenrotweg 25 waren, glänzte der Vermieter durch Abwesenheit. Wir mussten uns dann eine andere Bleibe suchen. Doppelte Kosten für mich. Nach Aussagen der Nachbarn gehört das Haus Rosenrotweg einem älteren Ehepaar die garantiert keine Ferienwohnung haben.

Na ja

Es ist eine Unterkunft geeignet für 3 Personen. Wir hatten keine Handtücher, Bettwäsche für 2 Personen. Genau nur 4 Teller, Tassen und Gläser. Das Kingsize Sofa was auch ein Schlafsofa ist, war durch gesessen. Das Kingsize Bett ist ein größeres Metallgestell mit einer kleineren Matratze. Es war keine Spülmaschine in der Unterkunft. Vermieter ist nett.
