We booked a giant studio but were allocated a basement room on arrival, which was not what we expected or wanted. After raising concerns, we were reassigned to a medium studio; however, the new room was significantly smaller, with a bathroom of roughly 2 sqm. On check-out day, we found our room already cleaned and prepared for the next guest at 10:30 am, although official check-out is at 11:00 am. The compensation offered for the downgrade was described by the property as a full refund, but given the circumstances and early room turnover, this felt inadequate. While the hotel makes an attempt at a stylish boutique experience, overall guest relations and attention to detail left much to be desired.

Tasteful boutique hotel, lovely staff, on beautiful street only 6 min walk from Dammtor Bahnhof. Short walk to park along the Alster as well.

Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel soooo sicher & wohlgefühlt. Was mir besonders als Alleinreisende Frau sehr wichtig war. Ich war zur Silvesterzeit dort und es war einfach so schön dekoriert, der Service war super familiär. Immer wieder!!!

Das Zimmer war perfekt. Ausgezeichnete Matratzen und Kissen. Hochwertige Bettwäsche. Ein großes, modernes Badezimmer mit erstklassigen Armaturen. In diesem Hotel wurde an jedes Detail gedacht. Die Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Smukt hotel i rolige omgivelser

Smukt hotel i meget rolige omgivelser. Dejligt værelse med god seng. Fine parkeringsmuligheder på vejen lige ved hotellet (betalingsparkering). Gåafstand til centrum af Hamborg. Morgenmaden var god men dyr i forhold til det, man kan købe i cafeerne i området.

Väl dyrt hotell för vad man får.

Fint hotell, dock extremt lyhört. Man hörde allt som personerna i rummet bredvid sa. Hörde även rummet bredvid när de duschade/gick på toa. Ljuset i rummet var bra när solen lös in, annars extremt dåligt ljus. Saknade en lampa vid dörren. Elementen var inte igång/var inte varma. Vi bad dem kolla på det och när vi kom tillbaka hade de inte gjort några åtgärder. Elementen lät som att de droppade och var väldigt störande. Receptionisterna var inte speciellt service minded. Vi saknade tekokare på rummet samt bättre förvaring och krokar att hänga handdukarna på i badrummet.

Schönes Design von Zimmern und Frühstücksbereich in schöner alter Villa in ruhigem Wohngebiet in fußläufiger Distanz zu Bahnhof Dammtor. Spätanreise war mit Schlüsselsafe problemlos möglich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, inkl. Joghurt,Müsli, frische Früchte (Ananas, Brombeeren,Blaubeeren,Äpfel) ,es gab verschiedene Aufstriche, Schinken und Käseauswahl, Brötchen,Croissants,....
