Wurde als “privater Gastgeber “ inseriert und erst nach der Buchung haben wir erfahren dass es sich um einen gewerblichen Vermieter handelt. Wohnung war in ehem. Gewerberaeumen in einfacher Lage und in schlechtem und sehr ungepflegtem Gesamtzustand. Außen Bereich ungepflegt und mit Abfall verschmutzt.
Nicht geputzt. Offene Stromleitungen!

Fenster im Schlafzimmer war ausgehängt hnd konnte nicht geöffnet werden.
Auch die Küche war sehr schmutzig, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Mikrowelle nicht gereinigt.
Sofa mit Löchern nuns Flecken. Beim Sitzen hat man die Federn gespürt.
In einem Schlafzimmer Schimmel am Fenster.
Jeden Tag war ein anderer “Co-Host” von Homaris zuständig. Die angekündete “Nachreinigung” war ein Witz. Und nach der vierten Reklamation kam gar keine Antwort mehr. Kann nur abraten!
