Visited family and the location was good to connect with bus and S bahn . Easy access to city center and airport . It is so easy to navigate Hamburg with its trains and buses . The only negative thing about this hotel is that the Air conditioner in the room was completely useless, but the staff was wonderful and supplied us with a fan and unlocked the opening of the windows so they could be completely opened up, but overall it was a wonderful place to stay at and we would definitely choose this place again 😁
