Terrible indeed

Totally dissatisfied with their lies and inconvenience I experienced. (1) 24-hour frontdesk was a lie. No one were there when I wanted to ask things during daytime, and even the check-out day at 8:30AM. (2) Daily housekeeping is also a lie. I had two towels for three nights, never got a new one. (3) At check-in, I was taken to another building that seemed to be under construction. It made my black shoes painted white, which was not able to removed easily. (4) In the next room some children (it seemed to be too many for a room… they might not be guests perhaps?) were always screaming, running, and sometimes kicking the wall. TV volume was too much as well. They’re not speaking English (nor Germany probably), and since no one at the frontdesk, I could not make it resolved in any way. Even if some of them are the temporary issue I had unfortunately, I thought the owner was not trustworthy enough to recommend this hotel to anyone else, and of course I will never stay again.

Renovering pågår

Ganska ruffigt, och incheckningen gjordes på grannhotellet som rivit ut hela entréplanet. Men efter att ha tagit sig förbi byggarbetsplatsen så var rummet helt ok.

Désagréable surprise à l'arrivée !

Après réservation sur votre site, j'ai rappelé directement l'hôtel la veille de mon départ pour m'assurer de l'enregistrement de ma réservation et pour les prévenir par la même occasion que je ne pourrais probablement pas arriver avant 22 H environ puisque mon avion pour Hamburg n'aterrissait qu'à 20 H 30. Le réceptionniste m'a bien assuré que ma réservation avait été effectivement prise en compte et qu'il a bien noté mon heure d'arrivée probable. Hélas à mon arrivée à l'hôtel, j'ai bien été reconnu par mon nom, mais avec la très désagréable surprise d'apprendre que ma chambre avait été louée entre-temps à une autre personne. Manifestement d'ailleurs mon heure d'arrivée n'avait pas été transmise par le réceptionniste le matin de la veille ! La réceptionniste de garde lors de mon arrivée s'en disait absolument désolée, et a fini par me trouver en catastrophe une autre très petite chambre, mansardée celle-là, et dans un état plus que limite au niveau confort et propreté. Et même si le prix de la réservation a été adapté en conséquence, l'expérience vécue m'a dissuadé de faire à nouveau appel à vos services à l'avenir. Désolé !
