Expensive for what is offered

Stayed just one night whilst visiting my daughter in nearby hospital. First the good- parking free and on site, bed was comfortable, room clean although very worn, very quiet until building site workers next door started. The lift was out of order, no coffee making facilities (as in description), no information about breakfast etc. in room. Check in was easy but no information on breakfast offered (assumed it was in room). No one at the desk for check out, waited 10 minutes and rang bell. For the price of 84 Euros for the night was a bit disappointed.

God tysk orden

Dessverre stod heisen så jeg måtte gå til 4. etg. Sånt kan jo skje det beste hotell iblant. Veldig påpasselig mht covid og ringte meg straks etter bestilling for å spørre om jeg skulle testes eller om jeg hadde covid-sertifikat. Veldig hyggelig og oppmerksom betjening da jeg kom.

Es war alles ok, leider war das Frühstück- auf Grund der jetzigen Situation - nicht so besonders ( Sandwich wie von der Tankstelle, Obstjoghurt, Müsli, Cornyriegel, Hohes C Trinkpäckchen, kaltes Ei, Apfel/ Birne (frisch). Und Kaffee/ Tee aus Pappbecher (8,60€ pro Pers). Geschlafen haben wir gut. Es war nicht laut.

Gefallen hat uns eigentlich nur das es ruhig war. Nicht gefallen! Oh man! Badezimmer verschimmelt! (Dusche) Waschbecken kaputt, Toilette nicht sauber, Bettwäsche dreckig und Spinnenweben in den Türen!! Naja, wir haben zwar nicht viel bezahlt aber dennoch erwartet man es sauber.

Eine sehr, sehr alte Einrichtung im Zimmer. Löcher in Gardine, Tapete, sich von der Wand löst, flecken auf Mobiliar und Teppich und geputzt wurde auch nicht wirklich. Haare von vorherigen Gästen im Waschbecken und in der Dusche. Der einzige Pluspunkt war die relativ bequeme Matratze.

Going downhill

Ive been travelling there for 8 years, once sometimes twice a year. It was great at the beginning. Gradually ging downhill with cleanliness, you used to get a bottle of water, nothing. They give you a bottle opener, with nothing to open. No tea/coffee making facilities. The biggest hit for me was their restaurant is now closed, permanently. No mention of this in the ads. Their restaurant was great! Part of the reason i chose it. A real shame.
