Welcome to our beautiful 100 square metre flat in an old building in the heart of Hamburg! Whether alone, with your partner or as a family - our lovingly renovated flat offers you the ideal retreat for a longer stay in Hamburg. With around 100 square metres of living space, high-quality furnishings and space for up to 6 people, it is the perfect place to feel completely at home away from home - whether for a longer business trip, a family visit or an extended stay in the city.

Your accommodation: The flat is centrally located in St. Georg, just a few minutes' walk from Hamburg Central Station - right in the lively heart of the city. Despite its urban location, it is quiet and comfortable: the two bedrooms and the kitchen/living room with a small balcony face the quiet rear of the building, while the living and dining room offer a beautiful view of Hansaplatz. Thanks to good insulation, you can enjoy peace and relaxation here after a day full of impressions.

Das Objekt ist absolut sauber und Empfehlenswert! Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es nur ca. 300 mtr. Geparkt haben wir zum Tagespreis von 15 Euro direkt am Conti Parkplatz ca. 40mtr vor dem Objekt. Der Parkplatz ist i.O.. Das Viertel St. Georg ist ein Stadtteil berüchtigt für die Straßenszene von Hamburg. Die ganze Nacht illegale Geschäfte usw. In der Wohnung nichts davon zu hören. Wir 6 Personen 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Hamburg.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, nur wenige Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. In der Umgebung ist es sehr lebhaft, da viele Bars in der Nähe sind – perfekt, wenn man gerne etwas erleben möchte. Die Wohnung selbst war wunderschön, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter über WhatsApp war schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert.

Schöne Wohnung

Der Kontakt mit dem Host war hervorragend – super freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und immer schnell erreichbar. In der Wohnung war an alles gedacht: Viele nützliche Dinge für den Alltag waren bereits vorhanden, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet.Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Lage in St. Georg ist sehr zentral, aber auch entsprechend lebendig – wer es ruhiger mag, sollte das bedenken. Insgesamt aber eine tolle Unterkunft mit einem sehr engagierten Host!
