The hotel is located in an industrial area, which can be quite noisy early in the morning, but public transport stops are very close by. It was fine for one night. The room was quite spacious, unlike the shower cabin, which was rather small. The ventilation in the room felt a bit strange - in the morning there was a strong smell of fried food. The soundproofing was also not very good. Additionally, the reception staff came across as somewhat rude.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, sowohl was den permanenten Straßenlärm angeht, als auch der Lärm von den Gästen, die über einem wohnen und beide Nächte bis ca. 2 Uhr morgens ununterbrochen über den Boden gelaufen, gesprungen usw. sind. Wir haben beide Nächte trotz Ohrstöpsel kaum schlafen können.

객실이 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 시내중심가에서 조금 벗어나 있기는 했지만 버스 이용해서 20분정도면 이동 가능했어요. 가족이 묶었는데 좋았어요. 가방을 버스에 두고 내렸는데 직원 분이 엄청 친절하게 안내해주셔서 잘 찾았습니다. 함부르크에 오면 다시 묶고 싶은 호텔입니다.

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr nett. Praktisch war in unserem Dreibett Zimmer die kleine Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher. Das Bad war etwas klein, aber wenn man sich arrangiert, geht es. Die Verkehrsanbindung war super. 2 verschiedene Bushaltestellen waren in der Nähe. So hat man die Möglichkeit, Mobil zu bleiben. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Backshop sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Wir waren recht zufrieden. P.S. : Danke an den netten Herren vom Störtebecker Haus gegenüber, der jeden Morgen pünktlich um 9 Uhr ein Ständchen auf der Trompete spielte. Das war toll. 😄
