For the price, excellent value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Seemed to be clean and safe place. Close to buses and two Ubahn stations Explaining the price: Nothing to do in area. Hardly any shops near (LIDL as neighbour though). Room was very small. Moving about had to be coordinated between 3 people. 'Matresses' hard as rock Room was in basement with windows facing LIDL carpark so had to keep curtains closed all the time.

Fine stay for a very reasonable price.

Fine room for the price. Don’t expect luxury though. There was a small metal table but no chairs. The bedside tables might be intended to double as seating. It worked but wasn’t that comfortable. One elevator was out of order so after breakfast we had to walk from -2 and all the way up to 4 as the other elevator didn’t come. I assume it was being occupied by cleaning.

A&O are advertising with parking spaces and EV charging, but there is basically none. The 8 parking spots and 1 single charger was apparently reserved. I was not informed that i had to reserve them, which makes me think that it's the staff thats parking there. Overall a 4/10 experience. Unhelpful staff aswell.

The staff wasnt very helpful and spoke rudely at times. Asked for a baby crib, had to wait for almost 2 days for it. To ask for anything is a stress because yoj dont know how rudely the staff will answer or maybe not all.
