The thing this hotel has going for it is the proximity to the central railway station. The bicycle storage was in an open air carpark behind the hotel and in secure. Reception seemed surprised at my arrival at 10pm. There was no key for my room. In the morning my sightseeing plans were tharted by the unavailability of luggage storage on that day. Why hadn't the hotel foreseen this and made a provision e.g. setting aside a bedroom. The receptionist was unimaginative and inflxible. I have travelled around the world with my bicycle and this was the worst hotel experience.

It was very clean, easy, and nice location. It is in St. George area and 10 minute walk Hamburg- Mitte. The economy room was perfect for 1 person! Had a mini fridge, shower, big window, and comfortable sleeping arrangements.

This hotel is in a great location near Hamburg ZOB and Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. The only thing I'd say I didn't like was that you could hear the U-bahn trains from some of the floors. So if you want to avoid the worst of that maybe see if you can get a room on a higher floor. Otherwise I I thought it was fine servicable hotel.

This is a functional hotel, nothing fancy. Bedroom was a good size with mini fridge. Generally it was clean but I did find a previous guests false fingernail by the window. It's not too far from the main railway station, but my wife was put off a bit by some of the characters hanging around the street between the station and the hotel, particularly at night. Over all it was good value, the breakfast was a cold buffet but was quite tasty. I'd stay there again.

Basic but fine - the room was basic but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Large shower, clean bathroom. There are no amenities in the room except for a TV. My room was equipped with large windows. The breakfast was also basic but it did the job. The main advantage of the hotel is you can enjoy a good night’s sleep and a hot shower and you are three minutes’ walk from Hamburg’s Hauptbahnhof (Main Station), all this for a good price. The staff was helpful, I appreciated the storing of the luggage after the checkout and kindly offered me an umbrella so I could enjoy the city on a rainy day.

Budget hotel that is a 5min walk from the Hamburg HBF. It's quiet and I was able to check-in before 3pm. The only prob was the tv channels were only available for less than 15min each day. It's affordable. I'd consider staying here again. Thank you!

Not a bad hotel for the price. It is located a five minutes walk from the train station. These five minutes, however, will not be pleasant, especially in the evenings. The area doesn't look safe, there are many migrants from southern countries with destructive behavior. More than once I smelled marijuana on the street, but many were clearly hard-drug intoxicated. I observed clashes between them, and the police were not visible. The hotel itself has probably existed since the 1960s. There have been no repairs for a long time, but everything is, in general, in a good condition. I was pleased that they checked me in a couple of hours earlier than the regular check-in time. The receptionist was friendly. The single room was small, but quite cozy. The shower was comfortable, the water pressure was good, hot water is coming right away. The room was clean. Wi-Fi was quite fast.

Great, if you arrive by bus or train.

Next to bus terminal, line 2 in 10 mins to Speicherstadt and main station, this hotel has perfect location if you come without car. Spacious, clean, well maintained, but not brand new room, quite silent to the court side. Tasty continental breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Good for short stay to visit Hamburg's attractions.

Please avoid this hotel, if you can.

Booked and paid for 4 night stays. Upon arrival, the receptionist staff said they do not have available room. I said I had booked it for more than 6 months ago. But the staff said even I had booked it for 10 years in advance, if they do not available room, you can stay. They sent me to another hotel to avoid disappointment.

first i was able to put my bags in the hotel as i was early in the morning - the people on the reception where very good and polite - the breakfast room was good as it had good choice of food - the room was very good the bed was very comfortable and the room a decent size which included the bathroom

Leon who checked me in was very friendly and good at his job. Other reception staff could learn from Leon and improve their performance. My room although basic was clean and comfortable. It also had a fridge and a safe which is great. The buffet breakfast was simple but adequate. Wi-Fi wasn't great. I didn't appreciate my room being entered on the morning of departure at 10.15, they are supposed to know what rooms are checkouts and don't require service.
