室内はきれいで空調にも問題無し。 スペースの関係で仕方ないのですが、浴槽は幅が狭いため大きな男性は入りづらいと思います。 駐車場は十分な台数が用意されていたので安心して出入りしていました。 スタッフの方たちは、皆さん親切丁寧な対応をしてくれました。 快適な滞在ができました。ありがとうございました。

エアコンの効きが悪く騒音がひどい。お風呂の排水が詰まっていて、シャワー浴びても流した水が溜まって非常に不衛生。 共用部分ではエレベーターが古く、どの階にいるかわからない。トイレも汚くて不衛生。 良かったのは窓からの眺めだけ。 もう泊まりません。

設備が古いが部屋が広くて良い。 浜松駅近くは駐車場が有料の所が多いが、少し離れている分、駐車場が無料はありがたい。 中国人の団体旅行客だと思うが、部屋を間違えて私の部屋にピンポンを何度も押された為、うるさかった。
