Our review is mixed. Booking was easy and a courtesy call was received to say unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open but a bar was and a hot food van would be onsite We arrived and checkin went smoothly, with good instructions about everything but we were then informed that we couldn't use the balcony on our apartment and the french doors were locked.
We entered the apartment to find the radiator value was broken. The heating was on full bore!
Handyman came quicky to resolve but with only one window that opened a bit,a fan and some ice. The apartment was still unbearable.
After some explaining that other propertieson site were available, intense negotiating and an insulting charge of £10 we were able to upgrade to a house.
After a 12hr day we decided to pay it.
The house we were moved to was well appointed, spacious and the bed comfortable . Some areas could have been cleaner (hoover may need emptying)
We were also given access to the pool during members hr as unfortunately we had missed this whilst sorting out the issue.
Leisure access finishes at 7pm.
We were glad things were resolved and
We would consider staying again
