The actual room was ok and a good location to walk to shop. There was glass and rubbish around the playground/bbq area. BBQ’s were rusted and dirty. We asked for it to be cleaned up and we were told they don’t have enough man power to do it and that the maintenance man wouldn’t be there until next weekend. (7 days later) The pool had leaves everywhere in the water. That got cleaned up after several people complained about it. There was a dirty nappy next to the pool entrance for 2 days until many complained about that too. There are weeds growing everywhere between the path and car park. Manager had no care about anything. In their bistro we were served 2 kids fish meal that were half raw, steak was cold. We went elsewhere for meals. Early morning there are no safety lights around the property so it’s pitch black. Play equipment is wonky waiting for a law suit. Will never stay here again or recommend to anyone. Very disappointed in our 3 night stay.

Rubbish everywhere. When we arrived, two young men were at reception on their phones, one of them could spend 30 minutes picking up litter. Towels weren't changed, bin wasn't emptied. The spare blanket was just chucked in the cupboard unfolded. Curtains were broken. Room had one teaspoon. There was no microwave in the room, but saw one on a seat in the carpark (?). Things to work on.

We were unable to check in until after 5:00 pm, as the room was not ready. When we finally entered the room, it had not been properly cleaned. The window was poorly sealed, with the air-conditioning pipe attached using tape, which was very concerning as it could allow insects or even snakes to enter the room. In addition, the service at reception was very poor. The staff member was rude and did not communicate properly, leaving us waiting for a long time without clear information about when the room would be ready. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would definitely not stay at this motel again.

Quick in and out. Very courteous staff and helpful. No microwave in the room but theres mini fridge and kettle. stocked with tea coffee sugar body lotion, shampoo etc. Sufficient towels and nice bedding. Great view. Happy with the stay and happy to come back!

We arrived early but it wasn't a problem to get into our room. We met one of the owner and his daughters which are really friendly people. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch in the newly opened restaurant as well as all the wild kangaroos roaming the city. That place is definitely a recommendation. The mugs and glassware in the room were dirty. The place had an unkept and not quite clean feeling. That said, the bed was comfortable, the room was sizable and the location was good.

Bed wasn’t great and wasn’t made to hotel standards. Shower door was hard to close. Bit tired - rooms need updating. The outside grounds were unkept and not looked after. Bits of rubbish laying around. Needs a good tidy up.

Did not enjoy the stay here for two nights. There is never any staff at reception, the restaurant and bar were closed, no breakfast available, no room service available, matress was too soft, was did not go down the bathroom shower hole whilst showering so always standing in soapy water whilst showering, the bathroom floor tiles were old - did not get replaced when bathroom was renovated. Furniture in room was old and so were the curtains, carpet was old and uninviting. The room was not serviced at all after the first night. Would not stay here again and a rip off for what you pay for the room - and we were in the business room as well...:(

The worst experience ever! Incredibly dirty and unhygienic, no housekeeping and they don’t even change towels or bins even when asked multiple times. Carpet was filthy and smelly, towels were brown and stained despite my repeated requests for clean towels. I would never stay here again.

The motel itself is very run dow the gardens and gazebo areas very untidy and unkept.The room was very old and outdated badly needs upgrading although the bed was comfortable. The price was far too expensive. Will not be staying there again.
