It was a great experience. Everyone there was very nice. The town is really neat. There’s some restaurants nearby. The only thing that could be better is the gym but I was able to go to club 24. It’d be nice if the hotel could have an arrangement with them so I wouldn’t have to pay $15 to go there, but the staff was amazing and very helpful

Weve stayed here several times on road trips. Love the historic building, the large sized rooms, the friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Enjoyed sitting on the mezzanine in the evening and strolling on the main street. The gift shop is a missed opportunity...it used to be better presented. They have some lovely items, but it looks more like a jumble sale than the enticing boutique it could be... We will be back!

Disliked: Staff & service
We usually stay here at least once a year. This time, the staff wouldn't even talk to us about checking in because we arrived one hour before the stated check-in time. No offer to see if our room was indeed ready, just a statement that check-in would only occur at the stated time. It was a very unwelcoming experience, especially after a long day on the road. We will think twice about staying here again.
