Very loud elevator in dire need of a service, if your room is near it you will struggle to sleep.

ibis budget Leuven Centrum
Located right above Leuven Central station. They let me check in early around noon. AC was working and I turned it on during the night as it can get stuffy. The bedding was quite clean and they provided sufficient towels. The toilet had someone else's hair but was otherwise clean.
