Great stay for a family of four with kids 4 & 6. A calm, relaxing property with friendly staff and tasty Japanese food options we all enjoyed. Kids loved the Onsen bath in the room & wearing katana to dinner. Shuttle bus service was brilliant. I’d recommend taking some small activities to dinner for the kids as it can be a 2hr sitting.

We could not have had a more incredible time during our night at Hakone Ryori Yado Kyuan. The staff was beyond kind and accommodating, lovely to be around, and ensured we had the perfect stay. Staff was so attentive and the room was spotless! Our food was delicious 😋 watching the sunrise from the onsen was truly special. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful place to spend the night enjoy the amenities the bathtub. The food was great kind of remote little hard to find other than that. It’s amazing.

Very nice private onsen. Very peaceful at night. Offers transport from a few location only. Kowakien and Gora station. Small and intimate establishment. Super good food!
