Schöner Ort, aber mit Verbesserungspotential

Schönes Haus auf einem tollen Grundstück mit fantastischer Lage und Aussicht von den vielen Terrassen und dem großen Wohnzimmer. Es gibt zwei schön renovierte Schlafzimmer, leider war das dritte Schlafzimmer im Nebengebäude wegen des sperrmüllreifen Schlafsofas, Gerümpel und Rauchgeruch aus unserer Sicht nicht nutzbar. Das zweite "Wohnzimmer" ist ein Durchgangsflur mit einem Schlafsofa von der Treppe zum Badezimmer und zum zweiten Schlafzimmer. Außerdem sind fast alle Schränke abgeschlossen („privat“), sodass kaum Stauraum für Gäste vorhanden ist. Besonders die untere Etage des Hauses war nicht sauber (Spinnenweben, tote Insekten, staubige oder klebrige Oberflächen) und das Badezimmer ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Im momentanen Zustand eingeschränkt empfehlenswert, aber nach abgeschlossener Renovierung und mit etwas mehr Augenmerk auf Sauberkeit ist es eine schöne Unterkunft, in der man sich sehr wohl fühlen kann.
