Great community, friendly employees,
Older group of retirees down for golf. Everyone had their own bedroom. Good dinning opportunities for breakfast, lunch and dinners. Easy excess to US27 in Haines City. Great for going North or south to golf courses in nearby communities.

Exactly what we were looking for
This house suited our needs exactly. The house and property are clean and the pool area is large with lots of seating. Within easy walking distance to nearby grocery stores which was ideal.

Boys trip
We had 6 guys, 60, staying here for a softball tournament in Winter Haven. Plenty of room to relax after games, ample kitchen, easy to operate laundry, great place for a large group

Family Friendly
The house was very cozy and clean. We spent our Thanksgiving break here and there was plenty of seating inside and out. There was a table in the garage and a second fridge that was super great for keeping extra drinks cold. The only drawback was parking. Per the community guidelines, we were only allowed 4 cars. We had to have family park at a nearby store and shuttle them back and forth. Other than that, it was great.

Excellent Location for a Group
Great stay with a sports team for a competition! We felt safe even through a hurricane in the area.
Parking was a challenge as there is no street parking in front of the house, but the driveway fit 2 large vehicles, a 3rd as a tight squeeze.
Overall an excellent location and stay!
